Do you work on vehicles other than your franchised brands?
Many of our clients have vehicles outside our franchised brands. We offer services for all makes and models of passenger vehicles and all enquiries are welcome.
Can I have my vehicle serviced by GB European if I brought it from out of town?
Many of our clients purchase a new or used Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler Jeep or Peugeot from outside the Rotorua District and prefer to have them serviced at GB European because it is more efficient. Aside from the convenience, our clients enjoy the personal service we offer. It is perfectly acceptable for warranty and other requirements that your vehicle is serviced by GB European, as we are the authorised agent in the area for the brands listed.
What happens if my vehicle requires parts?
Normally we can access any parts from anywhere in the country by overnight courier. Any specialist parts, i.e. genuine key orders, are usually an overseas order from the country of origin-France for Peugeot, Germany for Mercedes-Benz etc. The turnaround is normally very quick, especially if the vehicle is off the road.
What are the advantages of being an independent Mercedes Benz specialist?
We are able to source and supply both genuine and OEM parts, our clients enjoy being offered more options, and at a very competitive rate.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are strictly cash, unless prior arrangement has been made with management. Payment is expected upon collection of your vehicle or parts.
What are your opening hours?
We are open from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Saturday by appointment.
